90-Day Acquisition Guarantee
The full plain-language version. Same terms as Sections 4–8 of the Terms of Service — reformatted for readability.
The Promise
Within 90 calendar days of enrollment, we will present you with at least one business that matches your documented Buybox and is affirmatively available for acquisition (a “Qualified Acquisition Opportunity”). If we don’t — and you did the work below in full — you may file a formal refund request and get back the amount you actually paid. No consolation prize. No litigating your reasons. If we didn’t perform and you held up your end, your money comes back.
The 2 qualifying conditions
Both must be true, verified against platform records — no subjective evaluation, no discretion:
- Attendance: attend live at least 80% of the Velocity Business Buyers group calls held during your 90-day window, minimum 40 continuous minutes per session — camera on, active and attentive. Camera-off, audio-only, or unattended sessions (joined but doing nothing) don’t count. Recordings don’t count.
- Lesson completion: complete 100% of the Program lessons inside the private community. Manual complete-marks without a real view timestamp don’t count.
Your Buybox
Your Buybox is your acquisition criteria — target industries, size range, geography, and budget — as documented in our records: your enrollment application, your qualification answers, and anything you send us in writing (email or community). Our record of your criteria is the measuring stick. Want to refine it? Put it in writing before day 30 — after that, the criteria are locked for guarantee purposes. An opportunity qualifies when it matches your Buybox in all material respects, is affirmatively available for sale, and is presented to you in writing with enough detail to begin evaluation.
What the guarantee is not
It is a promise that we will source and present a qualifying business within the window — not that you will close on one. Nobody can guarantee a seller’s acceptance, your financing, or diligence outcomes, and we don’t pretend to. Whether you pursue, pass on, or fail to close a presented opportunity does not change that the guarantee was fulfilled.
The filing window
The guarantee matures on day 90. Your formal written refund request must be filed between day 90 and day 104 — 14 calendar days. Earlier filings are premature (we keep the full runway to perform); later filings are time-barred. This is intentional — the 90-day sourcing runway and the 14-day filing window are paired, so a Buyer who completes the runway without a qualifying opportunity has a clean path out, while late-arriving disputes months after enrollment do not.
How to claim
- File between day 90 and day 104 — email team@velocitybusinessbuyers.com stating your name, enrollment email, enrollment date, and a formal refund request under the 90-Day Acquisition Guarantee.
- We verify within 5 business days — sourcing performance plus your attendance and completion logs — and send you the specific records we reviewed.
- Refund issued within 10 business days of verification, to the original payment method, for the amount you actually paid.
What the refund covers
- Refund of the amount you actually paid to the Company as of the date of filing.
- If you paid via installments, only installments received by the Company are refunded. Future installments not yet due are extinguished — you no longer owe them — but are not refunded (we never had them).
- Third-party lender interest or financing fees (Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, PayPal Credit, etc.) are between you and your lender and are not refunded by us.
- Applies to every enrollment, identically.
Use the guarantee — not a chargeback
The guarantee process is the only refund path. Outside it, there are no cancellations, no chargebacks, no payment disputes, and no refunds. Initiating a dispute with your card issuer or lender voids your guarantee eligibility in full — even if you otherwise qualified — and is a material breach of the Terms of Service. In any such dispute, the Company will submit all substantial evidence in support of its position: your signed acceptance of the Terms, checkout timestamp and network address, order record, your documented Buybox criteria, attendance and camera-on logs, lesson-completion timestamps, written opportunity presentations, and your communications with our team. If you believe you’re owed a refund, file the claim — that process exists to pay you when we didn’t perform.
The fine print lives in the Terms
This page is the plain-language summary. The controlling language is in Sections 4–8 of the Terms of Service, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the EULA. If anything here conflicts with those documents, those documents control.
